Why I became an engineer?
I've always loved to take things apart and figure out how they work. As a kid, I was always creating new ways to do things and was a very "out-of-the-box" thinker. I love combining creativity and practicality to accomplish a goal and I really enjoy being able to put my own personality into my work. For me, engineering is more than just my major. It's my hobby; it's my lifestyle.

My favorite thing about Theta Tau?
The bond I've formed with all the brothers has just been mindblowing. The connection I have with this fraternity goes so far beyond friendship, I never realized how awesome it would be to have this kind of support and love from so many people. I'm forming relationships on a completely different level and my interactions with the brothers in this fraternity are all unique and lifechanging.

Sporting and Outdoor activities?
I've always been very athletic. I played soccer, lacrosse, and volleyball in high school and to this day love a pick- up game of football or volleyball back by the dorms. My family camped a lot when I was a kid so I really enjoy that as well. And I practically grew up on the beach, whether it was surfing or just laying out, so I suppose that counts as an outdoor activity.

Hobbies:
I love love love scrapbooking. Cooking is another big one. I'm also a big fan of scooter racing in those parking garages. I love going out on the weekends, whether its ladies night or salsa lessons. Um, I like to clean. Does that count as a hobby?

If I wasn't an engineer, I would pursue...
Oufff. Tough question. I think it would be cool to go to take culinary classes. Realistically, though, I would probably be an Architect because it's very similar to my current path.
