Why I became an engineer?
My interest in engineering and problem solving was accrued at an early age because of family members in engineering. My grandfather, uncle, and father all worked in engineering related fields. It has served me well thus far and I enjoy the work I am doing.

My favorite thing about Theta Tau?
Being able to meet, and have such a close bond with, so many good people. These friendships also allow for endless possibilities during and after college.

Sporting and Outdoor activities?
I enjoy everything outdoors, but specifically: camping, hiking, canoeing/kayaking. As for sports I used to play football, basketball, and baseball, but now I’m more into Ultimate Frisbee, darts, billiards, and the occasional run. I also love going to the beach, but I tend to not do much when I’m there.

Hobbies:
I like playing any kind of card game, reading about philosophy, organizing stuff, chess, building things, and making people laugh… but I’ll settle for a smile.

If I wasn't an engineer, I would pursue...
Philosophy most likely, but I would have had to make this decision a long time ago considering there are so many important philosophers and theories. There’s also the question of what I would do as a philosopher. I don’t think there’s a lot of prosperity in philosophizing…
