Why I became an engineer?
My dad has his master’s degree in computer science and so I have always grown up using computers. My granddaddy is also a computer engineer. Because of them, my brother and I have always been using computers and figuring out how to use them as well as build them. On top of that, my brother and I always used to play with Lincoln Logs and Legos when we were little. We would always be building something. I remember taking things apart and trying to put them back together all the time. I decided to become an engineer because I’ve grown up in an engineering family. Because my dad is now disabled, I feel that I should do something for him as well as myself. It may not be the best reason, but as long as I have the capability to do so, I’m going to continue striving to become an engineer.
My favorite thing about Theta Tau?
The people I have met in Theta Tau are amazing people. I couldn’t ask for a better group of friends. I know that there is always someone there if I need them. Other than that, I like the fact that it is like a family. Everyone is pushing everyone else to succeed.
Sporting and Outdoor activities?
I love to go camping and kayaking. Other than that, I try and play quidditch as much as I can,
meaning when my schedule will actually let me.
Hobbies:
Drawing, reading, and listening or playing music. At any given time, I can always be found doing one of those things. I’m always up for trying something new however.
If I wasn't an engineer, I would pursue...
I would probably pursue something in the Astronomy field. I have always been fascinated by space and everything in it. If not that, I would love to do something that has to do with the mythological side of ancient history, which I have always been fascinated by ever since I was little.
