Why I became an engineer?
I got the idea and inspiration from my dad who is a P.E. in mechanical engineering. I started to pursue this degree knowing that it would give me unlimited opportunities and rewarding experiences after graduation. Now that I am in my senior year, I have benefited from the challenges that the coursework has presented and I am really interested in the environmental track that I am majoring in.

My favorite thing about Theta Tau?
The many opportunities and strong friendships that exist between like-minded people that are all working towards similar goals.

Sporting and Outdoor activities?
I love any physical activity from soccer to running. However I am not great at many sporting activities, I do practice a Brazilian martial art called Capoeira and I march with the Herd of Thunder.

Hobbies:
Horseback riding, intramural softball and kickball, swimming, hiking, wakeboarding and surfing (even though I'm terrible at it), tubing, running, kayaking, boating in general. Basically I love being outdoors and staying active.

If I wasn't an engineer, I would pursue...
Law School. Or if money didn't matter, I would want to be a professional horseback rider. Riding in the Olympics has always been a dream of mine.
